It took me one class with Michele to realize what a great conditioning coach she is. She has great knowledge about body conditioning and strengthening; she makes the classes fun and she mixes up her program so you are never bored! Even though everything aches, I also feel stronger and better than I have felt in years. She is a great instructor and a pro. Once you start, you won’t want to miss a class.”
